About Machine

1) CNC cutting machine brings high accuracy and high efficiency, and reduces after-processing costs and demand for manpower.
2) The Machine is easy to operate and understand; A servo motor is equipped for its X axis and Y axis to ensure steady feeding for cutting. For Z-axis, a common adjustable speed motor is adopted to facilitate the adjustment of height of the cutting spindle.
3) In Man-machine interface, the picture is clear and easy to understand; the control system has a number of automatic calculation functions; you just input the width of cutting; and after the cutting is finished, the device can automatically move to the next position at which the cutting will be carried out.
4) With a high safety factor, the Machine is equipped with 1 sliding door. If the door is opened or not properly closed, the Machine will not operate.

PLC System

Adopt high performance PANSONIC PLC control system, which be able to generate accurate output pulse, and make the instruction cycle more faster and stable.

The program is designed to integrate sophisticated function to greatly reduce the time used by operator for data input. Besides, the self protecting program for all actions performed by the machine to avoid the damage.

SERVO MOTOR SYSTEM

Achieves 2kHz - the highest response frequency in the industry. In addition to its advanced control functions, the Delta Servo Motor features an LSI chip architecture that enables ultra-fast system operation. In view of its remarkable speed and superb positioning response, the Delta Servo Motor suitable for the most demanding systems. Furthermore, its outstanding response times drastically reduce vibration.

Features a more compact motor that weighs considerably less. Both the large and the compact motor types have been overhauled, and the core has been successfully redesigned and scaled down. The integration of an innovative compact encoder has resulted in a 10% - 25% (1 - 6kg) motor weight reduction in the 1kW-and-larger class compared to conventional motors.

Motion Components

Ballscrews consist of a screw spindle and a nut integrated with rolling elements that cycle through a return mechanism. Ballscrews convert rotary motion into linear motion, and are most commonly used in industrial machinery and precision machines.
