About Machine
1.The way of feeding is free falling belt, which is easy to operate.
2. Wind breaking-strip: when the strip is broken and the machine will be stopped automatically. After connecting the strip simply, core winding can be continued with right dimension, save strip and yield rate can be improved.
3. Welded components have been improved, and improve the explosive cracking of 107 brittle strips after welding. Compatible with 107 / 101 tapes of various properties
4. The cutter is improved as round blade that it is free for debugging and easy to change. Convenient and quick. And the cost of blade is only 10% of the original steel tools.
5. Human-machine interface is changed to touch screen. Easy for parameter setting. The adjustment of core size is visual.

PLC System

The program is designed to integrate sophisticated function to greatly reduce the time used by operator for data input. Besides, the self protecting program for all actions performed by the machine to avoid the damage.
