Machine Brief

This equipment is mainly used for automatic welding of silicon steel sheets, stainless steel sheets. Because of the automatic running mechanism, the weld is well formed and beautiful. The pneumatic clamping device uses a special device to ensure safety and accuracy of the clamping device. The manual completion part only places the piece to be welded in a predetermined position, and the belt device is pressed. Longitudinal welding is driven by a motor, which ensures stable walking while being precisely controlled. The position of the welding head can be adjusted by the miniature XZ platform.

Machine Features

1. Suitable for straight seam welding of coils and panels of various metals such as stainless steel and silicon steel sheets.
2. Single-sided welding for both sides, the welding quality is stable.
3. The workpiece adopts a piano-type pneumatic pressing mechanism.

PLC System

Adopt high performance YK PLC control system, which be able to generate accurate output pulse, and make the instruction cycle more faster and stable.

The program is designed to integrate sophisticated function to greatly reduce the time used by operator for data input. Besides, the self protecting program for all actions performed by the machine to avoid the damage.

Motion Components

Ballscrews consist of a screw spindle and a nut integrated with rolling elements that cycle through a return mechanism. Ballscrews convert rotary motion into linear motion, and are most commonly used in industrial machinery and precision machines.
